Terms specific to the apartments are itemised below that.









TERMS SPECIFIC TO TAYLORS: -

Well behaved children and dogs are accepted, there is a charge of £20 per dog. Dogs must not be left unattended in the apartment unless crated, barkers will be asked to accompany their humans.

A good housekeeping bond of £250 is required whilst visiting Taylors.


TERMS SPECIFIC TO No1: -

Well behaved children of all ages are accepted, Sorry Dogs are not.

A good housekeeping bond of £250 is required whilst visiting No1.

Only 2 cars can be offered parking at Beadnell House.


TERMS SPECIFIC TO THE PENTHOUSE:-

Children must be aged over 14 years to stay overnight at the Penthouse.

Sorry dogs are not accepted at the penthouse either overnight or as day guests.

A good housekeeping bond of £250 is required whilst visiting The Penthouse.

Outdoor furniture used on the balcony must not be left outside in inclement weather and should be brought into the apartment.

TERMS SPECIFIC TO ALL APARTMENTS:-

All 3 properties are fully non-smoking this includes the Penthouse balcony.

Only designated parking spaces should be used and no inflatables, trailers or other "3rd party" vehicles including caravans and motor homes are allowed within the grounds.

Guests are required to observe the no ball games rules within the grounds and cycling is only permitted to arrive and depart the property.
