No 1 is wonderfully light and airy 3 bedroomed ground floor apartment created from the original drawing room, bar and owners quarters.

The open plan living/dining area, is beautifully furnished, and the adjacent kitchen has every modern convenience.

The master bedroom offers a king-size double with ensuite bathroom with modern roll top bath and walk in walk in shower,  and the 2nd bedroom offers another kingsize double and uses the main house bathroom with huge bath and walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is a twin room using the family bathroom.

This property comfortably sleeps 6 people . The kitchen is modern, has range cooker with ceramic hob, american fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher. The apartment is fully centrally heated, the Lounge has huge leather sofas, TV with freeview, DVD, CD/Radio.

Both bathroom and ensuite shower room have underfloor heating.

A large courtyard is accessed from the kitchen providing opportunity for alfresco dining and gets the sun for most of the day. A second courtyard provides exterior secure area for cycles if required.  2 designated car parking spaces are provided in the grounds.

Sorry we do not allow pets at No1.

Occupying the whole Western ground floor of the house, No1 is an extremely spacious, holiday rental, retains many of the original features including cornicing, deep skirtings, working window shutters and some original floors. Also has the benefit of its own private outside space.
